The goal of Cuddle Therapy is to provide you with a safe space to feel respected, accepted, and worthy for exactly who you are. We do this through one on one, platonic cuddle sessions utilizing clear rules, consent, and ongoing open communication from both sides. Our goal is to ensure you know you matter and that you are loved as you are. You don't have to be the perfect version of yourself before you are accepted and appreciated. As Cuddlers and as fellow humans, we are grateful for you as you are in this moment.
Cuddle sessions may or may not include touch. We are happy to meet you where you are at, help guide you through to discover what is right for you, maintain our own comfort/safety to ensure you never have read our minds, and to listen to you without judgement if you feel like sharing.
